Covid-19 update:

As more and more businesses are opening up and things are gradually starting to return to a little bit of normalcy, our services are starting to become a little bit more needed.

We have opted to keep our lobby closed for now and continue our curbside service. We appreciate your patience and cooperation with this and just as soon as we feel it is appropriate, we will open the lobby back up. We are still maintaining very strict sanitizing procedures and all employees are required to wear masks in the presence of co-workers and customers, as well as following all of the social distancing rules. All of our services are available with the exception of Self Bathe, and one on one training for now. We are still doing Teletraining and you can drop off for a train and play session or take advantage of our board and train. If you have training done, we can do instruction and follow ups with you via the phone and Facetime. The Teletraining has been very successful and we plan on adding this service permanently.

We are also very excited to introduce another new service. Our website will now offer an online retail store. This will feature all of our retail items that are in our lobby. You can purchase them through the website and we will usually have them ready within minutes for you to pick up. Once you order, shortly thereafter you will receive a message that your order is ready for pick-up. When you arrive, we will run your order out to you. This is a new service and will be permanently available. Let us know if you need something that we don't carry in our inventory. Most of the time we can special order it for you. Again, thank you for your patience and we welcome suggestions if there is more we can do to make things easier.

Teletraining - All you need to do is call the Pet Resort 541-535-1900. You will get a call back to set up an appointment. Phone sessions are $20.00. Video/phone sessions are $35.00. (This consists of sending a short video of your issue. It will be assessed and followed with a phone session.) Payment is via credit card over the phone. Please feel free to call the Pet Resort with any questions. Due to the decrease in staff, you may only get the answering machine, but we will do our best to return your call as soon as possible. We look forward to being here for you and your pet's needs as well as helping you with improving your dog's behavior and your relationship with your dog.
