In today's world, with so much bad news, we would like to share a little good news. Most everyone knows about the horrific Almeda Fire that took place on September 8th this year. The pet resort was located right in the fire's path. Although the fire actually reached the pet resort property and burned down trees, our arena and surrounding landscape, the pet resort itself was spared. Although we had very little preparation or warning, thanks to my amazing, devoted family and employees performing an amazing team effort, we successfully evacuated every last dog and cat. I cannot express how blessed we feel as one of the very few businesses and homes that survived. We feel so lucky to still be here to provide care for all of the pets in our community. This year we will be devoting our annual fund raiser to benefit the Almeda fire victim fund. Please see all of the details below.

  • 5 star review  Our 6 month old puppy came from a neglectful home. She was frightened of everything and everyone. All of the staff have been so kind to her and think she’s just the cutest little thing. They have made accommodations for our pup from day one - letting her play with the puppies instead of the adult dogs, sitting behind the desk, and staying in small groups as she adjusts. Now she wags her tail and runs up to the girls when we drop her off in the morning! Yes, there is a risk of disease, but the same is true of petsmart, the vet, the dog park, and anywhere else!

  • 5 star review  A HUGE Thank you to the staff for getting all the pets evacuated safely. And then again when the Expo had to be evacuated. I Finally got back to Medford this morning and retrieved my cat Molly. Other than being stressed she was safe. While the staff was caring for our pets 5 of them lost their homes. Please visit their FB page GoFundMe and donate if you can. To everyone affected by this fire I'm so sorry. Please stay safe.

  • 5 star review  maybe I'm a little biased because ive been an employee for so long and I know my coworkers take care of the animals as if they were their own, but I'm getting ready to leave my whole herd of pets while I'm in the process of moving and I have no doubt that my babies will not only be fine but the will have a great time. I have an ancient epileptic golden, and an escape artist chow mix and I'm really so glad that they will be safe even though they require a "jumper" kennel and a seizure watch. its odd being on the other side of the spectrum since ive never boarded them before but I'm confident my dogs, cats, and guineas will all be properly taken care and safer than trusting them to stay inside while we move.

  • 5 star review  I love being my baby here, he gets to socialize and play, great play for grooming, day care, and overnights! Bailey always gets in the car and falls asleep, and that is a great sign that he’s taken care of!! I enjoy the interaction with the receptionist!
